This week, I challenge each of you to take Sarah’s lesson to heart. Engage with your community: visit a local clinic, volunteer at a food pantry, or simply lend a listening ear to someone who is hurting. These acts may seem small, but they have the potential to create ripples of hope—just as a pebble creates waves in a still pond.

Pray with intention. Ask God how He can use you in this healing ministry, and be open to the Spirit's leading. Identify one organization—perhaps a local healthcare group or a ministry focused on wellness—and support their mission, whether through time, resources, or prayer.
