Certified Refurbished

Every year, millions of iPhones and MacBooks are returned to Apple — cracked screens, water damage, batteries that won't hold a charge. By every consumer metric, these devices are finished. Destined for the landfill.

But Apple doesn't throw them away. Through their Certified Refurbished program, technicians take each device apart piece by piece. They replace the shattered screen. They install a new battery. They fit a new outer shell. They run every diagnostic test until the device performs exactly as it was designed to. And when the work is done, Apple does something remarkable: they sell it with the same one-year warranty as a brand-new product. The same guarantee. The same promise.

That is a picture of what the Almighty does with a human soul.

We come to Him cracked and water-damaged by sin, unable to hold a charge. And He doesn't discard us. The apostle Paul wrote, "If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here" (2 Corinthians 5:17). God takes us apart — not to destroy us, but to restore us. He replaces what is broken. He renews what has failed.

And here is the part that should make you weep with gratitude: when He is finished, He doesn't mark us "previously damaged." He stamps us with the same warranty — the full, unbreakable covenant of His love.

You are not secondhand goods. You are certified refurbished by the Creator of the universe.
