Dear Heavenly Father,

As I pause to reflect on the tangled web of Digital Addiction in my life, I find myself drawn to the promise of Jeremiah 29:11, where You remind us that Your plans for us are filled with hope and a future. In this digital age, it’s so easy to get swept away by the endless scroll of social media, the constant ping of notifications, and the insatiable desire for connection through screens rather than through the warmth of human interaction.

Lord, open my eyes to see this addiction not merely as a distraction, but as a call to deeper engagement with You and with those around me. Help me to reclaim my time, to seek moments of stillness amidst the noise, where I can experience Your presence fully. When I catch myself drifting into the familiar patterns of mindless scrolling, may I remember to pause and reach for a prayer instead, allowing Your grace to guide me back to what truly matters.
