Daily Technology & Human Connection
Dear Heavenly Father,
As I pause to contemplate the intersection of Technology and Human Connection, I am reminded of the timeless wisdom found in Micah 6:8: “What does the Lord require of you?” In a world where screens often replace sincere conversations, how do we embody the love and grace You have so freely given us?
Imagine a young mother, late at night, cradling her newborn while scrolling through her phone. She is searching for community, but what she finds is an endless stream of images that leave her feeling more isolated than connected. Lord, help me to see her through Your eyes. Guide me to reach out, to send a message of encouragement or a simple prayer. Let my actions be a beacon of light in her darkness.
Or envision a teenager, seemingly lost in a virtual world, eager for validation but haunted by the whisper of loneliness. May I be the one to put down my own distractions and listen intently to their stories, reminding them that they are seen and valued, not just a profile picture on a screen.
