Read through the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Now think of Jesus. He IS all of these. The fruit isn't abstract virtues; it's the character of Christ formed in us. The Spirit's work is to make us like Jesus. "Christlikeness" isn't vague aspiration; it's Galatians 5:22-23 becoming reality in us. Where you lack patience, Jesus has it. Where you lack peace, Jesus is it. The Spirit shares His character with you.
