Elena has been a member of our church for many years, known for her quiet strength and unwavering faith. Recently, she faced a trial that would test both her spirit and her commitment to God’s goodness. Her husband, David, suffered a debilitating stroke, leaving him unable to speak or move. Their life, which once overflowed with joy, now felt like a shadow of its former self.

Every day, she read Scripture aloud to David, believing that the Word of God would reach him deep within his still mind.
