The Power of Righteousness - Story
In a small village nestled between rolling hills, there lived an elderly potter named Eli. His hands, weathered by years of shaping clay, moved with a grace that spoke of both artistry and faith. Each piece he crafted was a reflection of his spirit, filled with imperfections yet bursting with potential.
One day, a young boy from the village, Samuel, approached Eli with a particularly misshapen lump of clay. “Can you make something beautiful from this?” he asked, his voice tinged with doubt. Eli smiled warmly, seeing not only the clay but the boy's own heart, heavy with uncertainty and fear.
With gentle hands, Eli began to mold the clay. He whispered softly as he worked, “Just like this clay, we too are shaped by the Master’s hands. When we trust in Him, even our brokenness can become something extraordinary.” Samuel watched in awe as the potter transformed the lump into a magnificent vase, its unique curves a testament to the journey it had taken.
Eli turned to Samuel and said, “Remember, my young friend, God declares in Jeremiah 29:11 that He knows the plans He has for you, plans for hope and a future. Even in your struggles, you are being crafted for something beautiful.”
