Daily Diversity & Inclusion
Dear Heavenly Father,
Today, as I meditate on the beautiful tapestry of Diversity and Inclusion, I find myself drawn to the profound wisdom of Romans 12:2, where we are called to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. Lord, help me to see the world through Your eyes—a world rich with varied colors, cultures, and experiences, each reflecting a facet of Your divine creativity.
Imagine for a moment a garden bursting into bloom after a long winter. Each flower, unique in its shape and hue, contributes to the garden's beauty as a whole. This is how we, Your children, are meant to coexist. Yet, too often, we may find ourselves retreating into comfortable spaces, surrounded only by those who mirror our own thoughts and experiences. Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have turned away from the richness of diversity that You created.
Guide me, O God, to be a beacon of light in the shadows of division. May my heart overflow with compassion and my actions echo Your love. When I encounter those who are different from me—whether in race, belief, or background—give me courage to step forward, to listen, and to learn. Help me to engage with empathy and grace, reflecting Your character in every interaction.
