Dear Heavenly Father,

Help me to see the tapestry of Diversity and Inclusion in my life not just as a challenge but as an opportunity—a divine calling to embody your love and grace in a world that often feels fractured and divided.

Picture a vibrant garden, bursting with an array of colors, textures, and fragrances. Each flower, unique in its beauty, contributes to the whole, creating a symphony of life that speaks to your creativity. Just as no two blossoms are alike, neither are we. You have crafted each of us with purpose, and in that diversity, there is strength. Help me to embrace those who are different from me, to listen with an open heart, and to respond not with judgment but with compassion.

Guide me, Lord, to be a light in the darkness. In my workplace, do I go beyond the surface to appreciate the unique stories and struggles of my colleagues? In my community, am I seeking out those who are marginalized, extending a hand in friendship and understanding?
