Daily Diversity & Inclusion - Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

As I pause to reflect on the profound call to Diversity and Inclusion in my life today, I am reminded of the wisdom of Romans 12:2, which invites us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. Lord, grant me the vision to see the world through Your eyes—a tapestry woven with vibrant threads of different cultures, experiences, and perspectives. Help me to embrace the beauty of diversity, recognizing that each person bears Your image, each story reflects Your grace.

In a world often clouded by division and misunderstanding, let me be a beacon of Your light. May I step into the spaces where differences seem to create barriers and instead become a bridge of hope, drawing people together. Whether it's in the workplace, at school, or within my own community, guide my hands to serve and my heart to love.

Perhaps today, I might notice a colleague or neighbor who feels marginalized—a person who, like so many, may have been overlooked. Help me to engage in conversation, to listen deeply, and to affirm their worth as a beloved child of God. Enable me to speak words of healing and to act with compassion, reflecting Your character in tangible ways.
