Devotional: Miracle

Dear Heavenly Father,

As I sit quietly this morning, I can’t help but reflect on the miraculous moments in my life—those echoes of grace that remind me of Your presence. In 1 Peter 2:9, we read that we are called out of darkness into Your marvelous light. This is not merely a theological concept; it’s an invitation to live out our faith in tangible ways.

Think about it: in our everyday walks, we encounter people whom I like to call "Miracles." They may be a friend grappling with illness, a neighbor facing financial hardship, or a stranger bearing the weight of loneliness. Each of these individuals carries a story, a need, and an opportunity for us to shine Your light into their lives.

Today, let’s pray for the insight to see these Miracles through Your eyes. Imagine walking alongside that friend, offering not just words of encouragement, but a listening ear, a warm meal, or even a shared moment of laughter. Picture standing beside your neighbor, helping them to navigate resources that might seem insurmountable. Visualize the transformation that can occur when we choose to extend love and grace—just as You have done for us.
