Contemplating Evangelism

Dear Heavenly Father,

As I sit in quiet reflection, the words of 1 Corinthians 15:55 resonate deeply within me: "Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?" It’s a profound reminder that the resurrection of Christ transforms not just our eternal destiny but our everyday encounters. I find myself asking, how can I embody this victory in my own life, especially in the realm of evangelism?

Imagine walking through a bustling marketplace, the air thick with the aromas of fresh bread and spices, laughter mingling with the clamor of vendors. Amidst this vibrant scene, I encounter a weary mother, her eyes clouded with worry as she juggles the demands of her children and the burden of her struggles. In that moment, I am called to be a beacon of light. How can I bring hope to her heavy heart? Perhaps it’s as simple as offering a kind word or sharing a smile that reflects Christ’s agape—the unconditional love He has poured into my life.
