Daily Fruit Of The Spirit
Heavenly Father,
As I contemplate the Fruit of the Spirit in my life, I find myself drawn to the poignant words of 1 Corinthians 15:55: “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?” This verse reminds me that in You, there is hope that transcends every darkness we face.
Picture with me a garden—lush, vibrant, bursting with color and life. Each fruit represents qualities we are called to cultivate: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. But imagine if that garden remained untended. Weeds of fear, anxiety, and bitterness could easily overtake it. Today, Lord, I ask you to help me see my own garden through Your eyes. Show me the areas where weeds have taken root and where Your light has yet to shine.
In a world that often feels heavy and chaotic, I want to be a beacon of Your love and grace. When I encounter someone who feels lost, may my presence be like a gentle breeze, bringing warmth and comfort. When I interact with someone in despair, let my actions reflect the peace that only You can provide.
